It will be this employee who prepares the initial itinerary, presents it to you and implements your suggestions and changes or suggest new ideas. Depending on the character of the event our employee will take care of the hotel, conference and eating facilities and will assure entertainment. During the event it is the employee who will prepare the venue in advance, greet your guests, make certain that the services are delivered in accordance with those ordered, will take care of all issues that might arise along the way and be there to wish your last guest a pleasant journey back home.
